In the Hydrogen and Energy Storage Show Floor Theatre on 11th May, Pete Oswald, Director, IGTL Technology Ltd, delivered a presentation on synthetic gasoline creation on Orkney . 

Pete Oswald, Director, IGTL Technology Ltd

Pete was brought up in rural Aberdeenshire. Graduated from Heriot-Watt University in 1979 as an offshore engineer. Studied both marine renewables and petroleum extraction technology. Worked as an engineer and manager in the international oil and gas sector from 1979 to 2008. On leaving the oil and gas sector has worked in carbon capture and storage and the development of renewable fuels. Pete is an active member of the Orkney Renewable Energy Forum.
