Filippo Gaddo, Project Director, Arup

Filippo Gaddo is Arup’s Head of economics and has twenty years’ professional experience working for government departments and major consulting firms. Filippo has gained a reputation amongst the owners, operators and investors in the energy sector as an experienced strategic advisor. Filippo has worked with utilities and energy companies and has delivered numerous policy recommendations and strategic advice to government ministers and companies’ senior management around business cases, investment requests, incentive mechanism design, and tariff design. He brings strategic infrastructure policy, regulation and financing expertise on UK and EU matters.
