In the Offshore Wind Show Floor Theatre on 11th May, Liz Foubister, Renewables Consenting Authority, Xodus Group Limited, delivered a presentation on Floating Wind: Informed & proportionate EIAs, the added bonus of test & demo’ windfarms.

Liz, Renewables Consenting Technical Authority at Xodus, has 30 years’ experience in the consenting of offshore energy projects. Over the past two decades she has focused on offshore renewables and was responsible for the successful consent of the world’s first floating wind array, Equinors’, Hywind Pilot Park. Liz is regularly retained by offshore wind developers to advise on project consenting strategies, and is currently seconded to the West of Orkney Windfarm as EIA Manager.
