Dalia focuses on energy transition technologies and infrastructure projects as part of the CMS Energy & Climate Change practice. Dalia specialises in complex process energy projects, including renewable energy transactions, commercial agreement and the regulatory frameworks within which such projects operate.

Dalia is passionate about the decarbonisation agenda across the energy, heat and transport sectors. She leads on CMS’s CCUS and hydrogen matters and is deeply involved in the industry. She speaks and writes regularly on the subject and her publications include the multi-jurisdictional CMS Expert Guide on Hydrogen projects and Hydrogen Projects: Legal and Regulatory Challenges and Opportunities.
